Jakarta Senin (3/3), AgaraNews. Com // Pemerintah menetapkan kebijakan strategis untuk memperkuat ekonomi desa melalui pembentukan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (Kop Des Merah Putih) di 70.000 hingga 80.000 desa di seluruh Indonesia.
Dana desa akan dioptimalkan untuk mendukung program ini, sementara Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara) akan menyediakan pendanaan dengan skema cicilan 3–5 tahun agar koperasi dapat beroperasi secara optimal sejak awal.
Diharapkan, keberadaan koperasi ini dapat memperkuat ekonomi desa, meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi pangan, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Program ini akan dipantau secara berkelanjutan untuk memastikan efektivitasnya dan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat. 
Minister of Defence, Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Attended a limited cabinet meeting led by President Prabowo Subianto at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, on Monday (3/3), along with several ministers from the Merah Putih Cabinet.
The government has introduced a strategic policy to strengthen village economies by establishing the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (Kop Des Merah Putih) in 70,000 to 80,000 villages across Indonesia. 
Village funds will be optimised to support this programme, while the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara) will provide financing through a 3–5 year instalment scheme to ensure cooperatives can operate optimally from the outset.
The presence of these cooperatives is expected to strengthen village economies, improve food distribution efficiency, and enhance community welfare. The programme will be continuously monitored to ensure its effectiveness and tangible benefits for the public.(Donal)
